I am simply a mother trying to muddle through the treacherous waters of ODD. Dallas, my 15 year old son, has struggled with ODD and other behavior issues his whole life. This struggle is all encompasing and can be so very destructive. I am hoping that my story will give other parents dealing with ODD a sense that they are not alone and who knows, someone might avoid making some of the mistakes I have made.

My story will span and encompass the life of my son and the lives of those who love him the most.  Of course there is always a reason someone would put their story out in a public venue, my reason is to facilitate peace in my life and my soul. Parenting is hard, but parenting a child with ODD seems insurmountable at times.
